Twin Lakes RV Park has been family owned and operated since 1976. Through many years of hard work, the park has been transformed to its current better than new state.
Our park rests on 50 acres consisting of 130 rental lots and two fully stocked lakes (approximately 13 acres of water) for guests to enjoy some catch and release fishing - trophy Bass are not uncommon!
The majority of our lots will include water, electric, and sewer. Lakefront lots include water and electric only as there is no sewer available on these lots (we have a complimentary dump station for guests to use while staying in the park). Our dump station is available to all non-registered guests for a cash fee of $20.00.
While here, you may enjoy a game of horseshoes, watching the sunset from one of our swings, a picnic near the water or a walk around the park - don’t forget your pets! We have numerous pet waste stations located around the park for your convenience (all pets must be on a leash at all times).
Our park is conveniently open year round. The winter months will get cold here. Not to worry, we have you covered! Propane is sold on site Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm.
Looking for a cool activity during the hot summer months or a night out on the town? There is a shopping center located just two miles away that has a movie theater and a wide variety of restaurants.
A laundromat and a grocery store are only about a mile away. There are also several malls and outlets within a 30 minute drive of Twin Lakes for your shopping pleasure.
The “Gold Town” of Dahlonega is only about 35 miles away where you can grub for gems or “pan for gold”. Dahlonega is also known for its “Old Fashioned Christmas.” Festive holiday events continue throughout December with caroling, entertainment, carriage rides, wine sampling and live theater events.
The Dutch village of Helen is only about an hour away. It has every type of knick knack shop imaginable as well as a horse drawn carriage ride through town. It is on a lazy river with tubing for the kids! Twin Lakes is centrally located and in the North Atlanta area, close to the towns of Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, Gainesville, Norcross, Duluth, Canton and Buford.
Come on by and see the park anytime. We look forward to meeting you and will be happy to show you around. We run a clean, quiet, family oriented park where we can make certain that you feel “right at home.”
