It all just depends on where the lot is located in the park. Some lots are larger, shaded, more private, etc.. Lot type is indicated on the park map.

Please note that we stay full year-round with a waiting list. It usually takes a few months or so to get a long term spot. Long term rate applies after the first 30 days. All sales are final – no refunds will be processed. All utilities are included. Lakefront lots have water and electric on site – there is no sewer available on these lots (we have a complimentary dump station for guests to use while staying in the park). All other sites in the park have water, electric, and sewer on site. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE UPON CHECK IN. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN EVICTION AND/OR LEGAL ACTION.
