- What time is Check-In / Check-Out?
- Check-In is 1pm

- Do you allow pets?
- Pets are welcome! All pets must be on a leash and kept under control and are not to be tied outside.
- You may walk your pet in any of the large grassy areas of the park; however, you must clean up and dispose of all pet waste. For your convenience, there are various pet waste stations located throughout the park.
- Pets may be left unattended inside your camper provided they do not disturb the neighbors.
- Do you have a laundry facility or bath house?
- We currently do not have a laundry facility or bath house on site. However, there is a local laundry facility located approximately 1.25 miles north on Highway 9.
- Can we have a campfire and/or grill?
- Both campfires and grills are permitted.
- All fires must be properly contained within an above ground fire pit and/or grill. Burning of a campfire directly on the ground is not permitted at any time.
- All guests are responsible to clean up all used charcoal and ash - you may not dump any residue on the ground.
- What months of the year is your campground open?
- Our park is open year round.
- I will be working in the area while staying at the park - what hours can I enter/exit the park?
- Our park gate is open 24 hours. You may come and go as needed; Please just be courteous of your neighbors. We have quiet hours from 10pm - 10am. Please keep noise of radios, engines, etc.. to a minimum.
- Do you provide cable or satellite service?
- We do not provide cable or satellite. However, we have free Wi-Fi (no password required) and if you put your antenna up, you can usually get around 30 local channels.
- If you plan to stay long term, you are welcome to enable cable or satellite service through the local providers.
- **Please note: service may be weaker in some areas of the park due to surrounding trees.
- Can we tent camp at your facility?
- Our park is strictly RV rentals - no tent camping is permitted.
- Do you rent out any cabins or campers?
- We do not have any cabins or campers on site for rent. All of our lots are rented out for campers to bring their own RV.
- Is there a maximum amount of time that I can stay at the park?
- Our park is open year round and you are welcome to stay as long as you wish so long as we have availability.
- Can we swim or use watercraft in the lake?
- All watercraft and swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to catch-and-release fish from the waters edge. Fishing is permitted for paid tenants only.
- Can we have visitors at our lot?
- All guests must be registered before staying over night. Quoted rates are for up to two guests per night. There is an additional charge for all overnight guests. There is no charge for daily visitors who do not stay overnight.
- Can I receive/send mail while I stay here?
- Yes. We receive daily deliveries from USPS, FedEx, and UPS (excluding Sundays). All mail is filed by the first letter of your last name and will be in the cubbies of the main office.
- You can have all mail sent to our general address (no lot number is required): 3300 Shore Drive, Cumming, GA, 30040.
- All outgoing mail can be sent via the metal mailbox located next to the old blue phone booth.
